Questions for a Party Rentals Provider
Whether you’re planning a simple backyard wedding or an elaborate one, you need to find a company that offers party rentals services. What products do you offer?
Different event rental companies provide different products. Ask your provider to know exactly what they offer and decide if they’re the right choice for you. Ideally, they should be able to provide everything that you need, from small things like table runners to bigger items like elaborate flower centerpieces. This way, you won’t need to spend time and effort looking for different vendors.
What are your packages?

Can you give me a diagram of the venue layout?
Some companies don’t automatically offer diagramming services, but they’ll be happy to provide if you’d ask. Basically, they’ll do a site inspection, come up with a layout for your chairs, tables, and decorations, and present the layout to you in a detailed diagram. Carefully review the diagram to check if everything is placed accordingly, and don’t be afraid to suggest improvements to it.
What additional costs do you usually charge?
Many providers understandably charge extra for decorations that are difficult to source or install. This is also true if they have to make special deliveries and/or use special items if your wedding venue is difficult to access (e.g. its doors and hallways are too small for regular tables and chairs). Ask about these additional charges to know exactly how much your bill would be.
